Terms of Use
1. Who we are
MoonView is a product of Archon Digital LLC, based in Omaha, Nebraska ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the MoonView website and app at moonview.app, in a browser or a headset (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Using MoonView
- The Service is free and needs no account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules about trading or the venues whose data you look at.
3. Not financial advice
MoonView shows market data and analysis tools for information only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold anything. Indicators, patterns, alerts and the strategy tester are general tools, not advice about your situation.
Strategy tester results are hypothetical. They replay past data under simplified assumptions, ignore many real costs and conditions, and do not predict future results. Trading involves risk, including the loss of all of your money. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them.
4. Market data
- Market data comes from third parties: Hyperliquid's public API, and the Fear & Greed index from alternative.me. We don't control it.
- Data can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong. The 3D views are stylized visualizations, and depth and scale may be exaggerated for legibility. Don't rely on the Service for time-critical or financial decisions.
- MoonView places no orders, connects to no trading account, and holds no funds, keys or assets.
- MoonView is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hyperliquid, alternative.me or any exchange or data provider. Their names identify where data comes from; their marks belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law or someone else's rights; don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to it or to the services it connects to; and don't use it to collect or resell the data it shows. We may limit or stop access to anyone who does.
6. Our content
The MoonView software, design, name and logo belong to Archon Digital LLC. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as offered. Third-party data belongs to its owners.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be available, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Archon Digital LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from or related to the Service, even if told of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Changes
We may change the Service or these terms. When we change the terms we'll update the date above; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
